Prize items must be picked up within 30 business days of winning.
All winners will be required to fill out a release form.
Ticketed items expire at 5:00pm the last business day before the event. Holidays included.
Prizes should be picked up in person by the person who won the prize.
Some prizes may be delivered digitally via e-mail.
All winners must show valid photo ID when picking up a prize.
Please allow 24 business hours after winning to pick up your prize. Unless there are special circumstances*.
*special Circumstances are when the prize is dated for that day or on a Friday for a show the same weekend or if the prize will not be in-house until a specific date.
